Collection de données statistiques relatives aux accidents du travail (AT) et maladies professionnelles (MP) dans les pays de l'Union européenne
Ce document présente une synthèse des principales données statistiques disponibles sur les accidents du travail (AT), les accidents de trajet et les maladies professionnelles (MP) en France. Il résulte de l'exploitation par EUROGIP des données issues des publications officielles et mises en perspective selon la connaissance qu'EUROGIP a du système d'assurance AT-MP considéré. Ces données ne font l'objet d'aucun retraitement par EUROGIP. Les commentaires n'ont pas pour objet de rechercher les facteurs explicatifs des chiffres présentés, mais uniquement de décrire les caractéristiques sous-jacentes du système afin de permettre au lecteur de mieux les analyser.

Fatal injuries in farming forestry and horticulture 2008/09

Figures published by the Health and Safety Executive in its report, ‘Fatal injuries in farming, forestry and horticulture 2008/09′ show that 30 people were killed as a result of farming and other agriculture-related activities in 2008/09.

National Hazard Exposure Worker Surveillance Noise Report

This report focuses on the exposure of Australian workers to loud noise and the control measures that are provided in workplaces that eliminate, reduce or control worker exposure to loud noise. The aims of this report are threefold. The first is to describe patterns of exposure to loud noise in conjunction with patterns of noise exposure control provision with respect to industry, occupation and other relevant demographic and employment variables. The second is to make recommendations, where possible, for the development of OHS and workers' compensation policy. The final aim of this report is to provide researchers in this field with clear and constructive directions for future research.

This report focuses on the exposure of Australian workers to direct sunlight and the control measures that are provided in workplaces that eliminate, reduce or control worker exposure to direct sunlight. The aims of this report are as follows: to describe patterns of exposure to direct sunlight in conjunction with patterns of direct sunlight control provision with respect to industry, occupation and other relevant demographic and employment variables, and; to make recommendations, where possible, for the development of OHS and workers' compensation policy.

Compendium of Workers' Compensation Statistics Australia 2007-08

Preliminary data show there were 131 110 serious workers’compensation claims in 2007–08, which equates to 13.5 claims per 1000 employees or 8.0 claims per million hours worked.

OSHA Releases Workplace Injury and Illness Information

For the first time, OSHA has made the work-related injury and illness data collected from more than 80,000 employers from 1996 to 2007 available in a searchable online database, allowing the public to look at establishment or industry-specific injury and illness data.
